Shipping policy

Paintings and fine art prints only ships within the domestic U.S.

If products were purchased through another website or retailer, I am not responsible for refunds, shipping, damages, or returns. You must deal with the retailer or website that you purchased the products through.

Order processing times for originals or fine art prints purchased on this website are up to 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We usually ship USPS. We do not guarantee shipping times as we are not in control of the carrier. Please be aware that holidays will affect the normal shipping time frames.

Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered upon checkout. Double-check that the autocorrect on your device doesn’t fill in the wrong address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

We don’t replace or refund lost, stolen, or missed packages. You are responsible for contacting the shipping service.

If your items were damaged during the shipping process, please send an email with the order number and photos of the damage to the packaging and the artwork within 72 hours of delivery.

*Original works of art cannot be replaced but are insured through the shipper. Not responsible for damages after delivery.
