Returns Policy
No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final on original paintings and art prints.
The appearance of colors varies between screens and in real life.
The dimensions of originals and prints may vary slightly due to being hand-cut. Due to the variety of print sizes that are offered, the ratio/cropping of your print may differ from the listing photo. Email: erica@ericamacdonald.com
Cancellation Policy
All original and art print sales are final.
Cancellations are not available for prints as they are custom, “made to order”, and may be printed immediately. A “made to order” system allows me to operate in a sustainable and eco-friendly way.
We reserve the right to cancel your order.
Shipping
Only ships within the domestic U.S.
Order processing times (printing and packaging) are up to 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout at a flat rate with an additional charge per item. We usually ship USPS. We do not guarantee shipping times as we are not in control of the carrier. Please be aware that holidays will affect the normal USPS shipping time frames.
Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered upon checkout. Double-check that the autocorrect on your device doesn’t fill in the wrong address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
We don’t replace or refund lost, stolen, or missed packages. You are responsible for contacting the shipping service.
If your items were damaged during shipping please send an email with the order number and photos of the damage to the packaging and the artwork within 72 hours of delivery to erica@ericamacdonald.com
Replacement art prints are determined on a case-by-case basis due to damage upon delivery. Original works of art cannot be replaced but are insured through the shipper. Not responsible for damages after delivery.
Copyright
I retain all copyright and ownership to all of my artwork including derivative works and reproductions.
You have the right to display the purchased artwork in your home or business only. Purchase of the work does not give you public display or reproduction rights. All artist’s rights are reserved. My art can not be reproduced without my written permission.
